How It Works

I am a state licensed child care provider in Utah. I did child care for three years before taking eight months off to obtain my bachelors. Getting back into things has been really difficult, especially with the economy. Parents seem to have less respect for child care providers and their pockets when they are hurting for money themselves. I thought I would start a blog for providers to discuss clients that have been disrespectful. If this gets really big, I will adjust my site and try to make it more user friendly. I just wanted to give it a try.

Please only state the facts. Parents can be really malicious and do some pretty distasteful things, but let's not stoop to their level. Just let other people know what they need to watch out for. Also, feel free to post comments about great clients and what you like.

P.S. In order to be fair, parents are more than welcome to post comments on their providers. Use the same rules as providers and only state the truth.

    Wow this is so cool! I moved out of Utah but I want to let everyone in the Draper area know that our Sitter named Angela was so nice and sweet to my children she is a very sweet girl and we will miss her If you are looking for someone to take care of your children please see her FIRST!

    Just want to warn everyone of Eyeishia Smith. She was my current sitter, but as of late I am not so sure. When I went to pay her on Friday she requires payment in cash. So I told her that I would need a way to track payments so come tax time I could claim it. So I wrote up a reciept and asked her to bring a copy of her social and DL with her. I left for work thinking that she would be responsible enough to sign the papers. My husband got home shortly after I left and she just took her money and ran. My husband realized that she hadnt signed the papers and went out to catch her and she was already gone.... I WOULDNT reccomend doing business with this girl!

    I want to let everyone in the Herriman area know that our Sitter named Claudia Roberts is a Great experience, wonderful childcare provider. Flexible hours were a great help to my schedule. My little girl loved going to her house each day. She even learned basic Spanish while she was there. I would highly recommend her to other parents needing child care anywhere in the Salt Lake valley.     Hello anyone looking for child care.....Don't ever go to Claudia Roberts i took my 5 year old to her and she told me she was rude to the kids and was always yelling. I don't know if this is true or not but another gal I talked to said her child said the same thing.I wouldn't know why our kids would lie about something like this Hope this helps and Good Luck!!

    I used Haley Haslam who currently is a nanny and is looking for a job though KSL. Not only did she not watch my son but she lied. I could see on the history of my computer that she was on the internet looking up very inappropriate pictures starting just 3 min after we left until we came home with only one 25 min break. Also, she refused to give me and her other family she was working for a SS# so we can claim on our taxes. I am really disappointed because she was such a sweet girl at first.
